They say that people who keep a gratitude journal tend to be happier, exercise more, and are more optimistic...it's worth a shot!
1. I am thankful that my Dad got us Photoshop for the computer again so that I can make my teeth whiter and my zits nonexistent
2. I am glad that when I took my dogs for a walk, Sam took a shit on a street where no one was walking or driving so I didn't feel obliged to pick it up
3. I am grateful for Desperate Housewives which always makes me laugh.
